This HIV/Aids training will fulfill the Washington State Department of Licensing requirements for all health-related professions under the disciplinary authority of the Uniform Disciplinary Act (RCW 18.130). The 7-hour program covers Etiology and Epidemiology of HIV, transmission and infection control, psychological, legal and ethical issues. Once you purchase this class you will be able to download the course material, and have access to the online content. Once you complete the online material you will be issued your certification of completion.
You will have to review a textbook consisting of about 5 hours of material, then complete this on-line course consisting of about 2 hours worth of material, totaling your 7-Hours HIV/AIDs certification.
Please note that there is an exam at the end of this course. You will need an 80% or higher to pass this exam, you will be allowed 1-retake. The questions from the exam can be located in either the self-study material, or the on-line course content.
