Nursing Assistant – Registered Application

Columbia Safety will supply you with the Washington State Nursing Assistant Registered Application, assist you in making sure it is filled out correctly, and taking care of the submission of this application to the state for approval.

This application is not required, but you could work as a Nursing Assistant while going through school if this license is obtained.
