Thank you for your application to Columbia Safety’s EMT Program.  Once your application has been received, and your fee has been paid our staff will be in contact with you.  In the mean time please gather a copy of your ID, HS Diploma, Immunizations, and BLS Certification.  You can drop these off at our office, or email them in to info@columbiasafety.net.
